Communication is the key to success. In my sixteen years as a Realtor, I have assisted nearly 600 families and individuals, and my priority has consistently been to keep my clients educated and informed throughout the process.
After listening to my clients’ wishes, I provide them with the information they require to make the best real estate decisions to suit their purposes. We review each property of interest and discuss its plusses and minuses. When the client selects a property, I stay on top of the transaction from beginning to end to insure that other agents, builders, inspectors, loan officers – all those involved in the transaction – are faithful to the timeline and kept informed.
That I keep all informed, I must be also. I am well versed in the neighborhoods of the Metroplex. I have a strong passion for architecture and have earned the Historic House Designation sponsored by Preservation Dallas. I am also Stage Certified. I understand the market, and I know well what to look for in purchasing a home that will provide value when returning to the market.
Over these sixteen years I’ve sold the same house three times, assisted the same family seven times, and the majority of my business has been from repeat clients and referrals. As my calling card says, I want to be “Your Realtor for Life”.
