When your father is a custom home builder, like Josh Becker’s, you start cutting your real estate teeth on 2-by-10s at an early age. It should come as no surprise then that new construction and renovated homes are Josh’s favorite aspects of being a real estate agent. He was involved in more than a dozen transactions before he even got his license, so he certainly has experience and empathy from being on both sides.
Though Josh worked construction every summer from the age of 12 on, he was a political science major at Webster University. He also served in the Marines from 2008 to 2012 so integrity, discipline and perseverance are at the core of who he is. Josh’s life mantra is “Always work harder than the other guy.” His clients attest to this after working with him.
He thrives on the excitement of living in a real estate market like Dallas, and especially enjoys the neighborhoods where a car is not required to get to shopping and dining. Josh is married to Stephanie and loves the outdoors, running and lifting weights.
