Ted obtained his Bachelor Degree in agriculture for the University of Arizona and began his career in real estate lending while working for USDA Farmers Home Administration. Ted provided loans to farmers, ranchers and home owners. Eventually, Ted obtained an MBA from Tulane University and began guaranteeing commercial bank loans to help businesses remain in rural communities. Following that, Ted owned and operated a cow-calf operation in Oklahoma. It was during that time, Ted was hired by the FDIC to manage failed banks with large agricultural portfolios and he and his family moved to the Dallas area then eventually to the Gun Barrel City area. Ted and his wife have lived in the Cedar Creek lake area for about four years. They have five kids and seventeen grandchildren. Ted's goal is to help clients get into homes that they can enjoy with their family and friends.
