Kelly is an accomplished residential real estate professional with 25 years of experience and a passion for providing extraordinary service to her valued clients.
Kelly grew up in Springfield, Ill., the youngest of five children. She graduated from Stephens College in Columbia, Mo., with a bachelor’s degree in communications.
Kelly, who moved to Dallas from Chicago in 1993, is married to Donnie Marcontell. The couple has two boys, Carter and Chandler Marcontell; both were educated in the Carroll ISD and graduated from Carroll Senior High School. Carter is a student at Southern Methodist University and Chandler is a freshman at Baylor University. The family has two dogs, Cassie and Lucy.
Shortly after relocating to Dallas, Kelly worked with a national homebuilder, where she became not only well-versed regarding home sales, but also the intricacies of design and construction.
Since earning her residential real estate license, Kelly has worked for several well-known local and national firms, gaining invaluable experience that benefits both buying and selling clients. Over the years, Kelly has worked extensively in custom neighborhoods in Southlake, Westlake, Keller, Colleyville, Trophy Club, Flower Mound and Argyle selling custom builders’ speculative homes and build-to-suit residences. Kelly has been blessed to work with many of the most-admired custom builders in North Texas and also has extensive resale experience.
Kelly is very involved in her community. She has spent years volunteering in local schools, the Carroll Education Foundation, Art in the Square and area philanthropies. Kelly is also very active in her church and family Bible study.
